Creative Writing Tutoring and Mentoring

I graduated from my PhD in Creative Writing from Liverpool John Moores Universtiy in July 2024, and I am currently a panel tutor at University of Cambridge on the certificitate, diploma, and MSt in Creative Writing courses, and previously a tutor and dissertation supervisor on their no longer running MSt Crime and Thriller Writing. I am also a tutor on the Professional Writing Academy’s Fiction Foundations course.

I have also taught Approaching Your Novel and Digital Writing on the BA Creative Writing course at Liverpool John Moores University, and conducted workshops for the MA in writing. Prior to this I had almost a decade lecturing experience in Audio Production.

While researching my PhD I completed a PGCert in Teaching Creative Writing from the University of Cambridge and have recently studied Story for Video Games with the Professional Writing Academy.

I am currently studying Liverpool John Moores University’s MSc Psychology in Education course, and my research is particularly interested in neurodivergent learners of creative writing.
